The notion that oil supplies are limited is not new, oil still has a stronghold over the transport sector, and we still encounter oil tankers regularly on our roads.
I was interested in exploring the relationship between the urban environment and commercial uses.
Is the age of oil coming to an end? Is oil a finite natural resource subject to depletion?
The ‘Oil Tanker’ is obscured through the use of colour and blends symbolically within the composition. I have aspired to capture the energetic essence of our urban environment.
