A local signature just across the road from my home. I have drawn and painted this tree many times over many years.
The palm tree for me is a symbol of good luck and it also holds a special place in many cultures. Longevity comes to mind because these trees have been around since ancient times.
I have created a bold colour interpretation of this tree representing its strong characteristics, a great reminder for the human spirit.
