On a Sunday afternoon walk to my local village Centre, a woman with her dog was sitting on the corner bench. With permission, I began the process of new work.
As I often walk around my local area looking for subject matter, I discover the figures In this Urban environment. There is no need for a preconceived pose. Everyday life unfolds when we Care to look.
The subject is surrounded by an environment that accommodates this individual and is central to the (everyday) narrative.
