Do you get the heebie-jeebies when confronted by a spider? Spiders in the urban environment are less trouble by prey. Hard surfaces free of vegetation lead to an urban “Heat effect” which creates a climate more conducive to their growth. As with my work on paper “Lizard”, after completing this work, and to my heebie-Jeebies surprise, I encountered a big… huge… enormous huntsman on my wall. Wonder what would happen if we all focused on a better environmental outcome?
