Winged - Delight, June 2021

For the June 2021 exhibition at the Rovay Gallery, I have selected works from my studio to emphasise and create a symbolic presence. This exhibition looks at the interaction between our state of mind and outside facts determining our living experience.

A visual ‘nudge’ from Greek Mythology and Australian bush mythology are guiding forces that also mingle with 17th Century influences. Exuberant detail, deep colour and an element of grandeur collaborate to create a vehicle for drama and narrative.
